About the ESRB
The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) is a non-profit self-regulatory body that assigns age and content ratings for video games and apps so parents can make informed choices. It also enforces advertising guidelines adopted by the video game industry and helps companies implement online and mobile privacy practices under its Privacy Certified program. 1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
On our Website, we collect personal information in two ways: (i) it is provided by you to us, or (ii) it is collected automatically.
